Hi everyone. Was just wondering what my John Deere 340 cyclone was worth. It's in pretty good shape looks an runs good. Just looking for a ball park figure. Thanks Bernie.

Two weeks ago 77 340 with 500 miles and very clean sold at a local auction for $600.
Last week a 77 440 rough sold for $45.
Both had electric start.
Personally I feel the 78s are worth more because they look so cool with their graphics package.

Thanks guys for the info. Thought it might be worth something more for a 40 year old sled. To me it is. I've owned it for 12 years an rode it a few miles per year.

Agree on the 78 being worth more. I’ve beenlooking for a nice 78 440 Cyclone to either restore or one that is ready to ride and they are hard to come by.
