What I find interesting it the red wire and white wire would seem to have matching coils. The red and white clips on the coils, where the wire connects. I know it makes no difference of their position, but did John Deere color match them like that originally?
Screws look chewed, and one's been replaced - I'm wondering if the previous owner was chasing the same issue I am.
