Guys the decal company ran out of white reflective stripe. The parts sled i had had yellow. I didn’t mind look other than not original? But here it is. What you think. Hold out for white?

Yellow looks totally normal to me since I had a 74 but I presume they were matching the rest of the color scheme with white tape.

Yes the white stripe was factory. But I’m thinking the yellow looks better lol.

Well jdx8 hit the last of our snow. My daughter giving it a try. The power of engine definitely out performs chassis lol. Thanks for all your help you guys. It was huge help for a rookie. Steve

Hey Steve, it looks great! You have to get used to riding these. It is best if you don't just sit on them and passively drive. You need to ride them, use some body english and stay ahead of the curve.

Have fun with it, great job!

An active ride indeed. Lots of fun when you figure it out, which doesn't take long.

Thanks everyone. It was quite the project. I have a few minor tweaks left but I’ll get that over summer. Snow is nearly gone here in great white north so it will be put in for summer next to my 85 plus. Was glad we could get out and try it though. Might change the brake band as the one from jd is thicker and makes for hard pull.
