I went over to the walk-in freezer, I mean Shop today, and located the NOS 440/22 crankshaft. Took a close look at the seals. The PTO end seal is exactly as I remembered it, 30 x 62 x 10 double lip. Took a look at the mag end, and I'll be darned, 25 x 62 x 8 single lip!
So if this crank is representitive of typical, apparently single lip seals were used on the mag side. It is 1mm thicker than the one Central is selling, but I doubt that is a big deal. Central does list the 25mm ID seals for the PTO end of several '73-'74 models which is wrong as far as I know.

Crankcase seals
Brian,
I check my NOS seals, and found the same things you and Rich have. Double seal on the PTO, single on the MAG.
Don't worry about the Waters Boy. Kenny and I have been friends for a good 10 years now, and I was an usher in his wedding. We give each other non-stop grief, but have a lot of fun doing it. Since Kenny goes "shopping" in my barn so often, I call him my "best" customer too...
Since I haven't worked on a Dairy farm since 88, I can barly remember all the "fun" we had in the winter. Boss made me shovel off a few of the roofs too, THAT was cold!
Looking forward to meeting you guys at the HOF,
-Joe
