THANKS FOR THE SYMPATHY GUYS,JUST THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU GUYS KNOW.WE ALL KNOW THE TIME AND MONEY THAT WE PUT IN THESE THINGS.ON THE POSITIVE SIDE,FOR YOU GUYS,ILL PROBABLY BE SELLING OFF A FEW VINTAGE JDS! :rolleyes: 295S ANYONE?????

Call the county attorney and ask for restitution. They should be able to include it with the charges for the original theft . The judge can then award you restitution after the thief has been found guilty. Chances are, the thief in question probably has no job but if he ever does have some income, you would get paid-at least something.

dont let it ruin your taste for snowmobiles. On the flip side i have had stuff stolen from me that was registered under me once and i never got it back as the guy who did have it had bill of sale and it had been registered... Of course that has disappeared and wont be seen ever again as i believe it got crushed or something.
