Track broke on my sprint...
yeck talk about beating the bush! Buy a tube of urethane windshield rubber make a mold of a good section with wax. grind away track rubber around tear to expose the nylon thread/weave use nylon thread (small fishing line) and sew across the tear. Use mold you made fill with urethane rubber and place broken track into the mold. use more urethane on outside and place second mold ontop leave dry for two days remove mold install track. May last, may not . If track is too iffy grind away back side from drive area and place a knitted layer of nylon( house door screen with fishing line weaved through in length) and urethane.

Ok, thanks anyway...!
I have a good -80 trailfire track wich i could use and i also have a new Kimpex replacement track, but those only fit the sport/trail due to the narrover tunnel on the DD sleds....
The cost of reproduction will probably be to high to even bother...
First real snow came here in Sweden today =)
