Remembrance Day

Post by Jack Frost »

Thank you! to all the men and women that have served in the military through out the years. My thoughts and prayers are with the men, women and families of soldiers that gave the ultimate sacrifice to keep my family and friends safe and free. Again thank you! Your sacrifices will always be remembered.

Yes, we owe a great deal of thanks to the brave individuals who have fought for our countries in the past and to those who are currently doing so. I'm sure there are many people on this site who were or are presently involved in the military. I tip my hat to you all. I'm not certain if in the USA, Remembrance/Veteran's Day is celebrated on the same date (I thought it was Nov 9 in the US). In any case, you are in our hearts not only on this date, but on every day of the year. Thank you!

We all deffinately owe our Vets our grattitude. Like the old saying goes: "If you can read this, thank a teacher. If it's in English, thank a Vet!"

I know we have several Vets here including Kenny Hiens and our newest member above. My brother also performed service for our country in the Navy Seals. Three trips to Afganistan when the Towers fell, and spent half of last year in Iraq.

Although I am an engineer geek, Mom swears we are really brothers

Thanks to all those that serve their country!
