Hey Guys,
Been working on a Kawasaki 440 invader for a week or so now. Got the carbs cleaned, new fuel lines, filters, cleaned the tank, fresh gas and oil, and a new belt.
Was told by the owner it was running good then it backfired and ran out of gas. Then the guy couldnt get it started and running after that....
Now it will start and idle nice around 3K. But it doesnt have any power and has a real bad low end bog. Have the air screws turned 1.5 out. How do I set the chokes on this sled?
Has great compression on both cylinders and looks like a newer cdi box with good spark on both sides.
Would a bad seal be a cause of the problems?
What should I be checking to get this thing running good?
