I think I'm finally ready

Post by HoosierDeereMan »

I think both the 400 and 500 are ready for some Wisconsin trail riding.

:D

I hope I haven't missed anything. Seems like there is always something that bites you!

:(

I'm heading out first thing in the morning to meet Paul File (Danzig) and then on to Horicon to Joe Wanie's.

Looking forward to seeing old friends and putting some faces with some names on the list here. I can't wait.

There will be a lot of us on the road so be careful and have a safe trip.

How is everyone else making out?

Loading up the trailer and packing tonight! Should be all set. Heading straight to Eagle River tomorrow after work. So planning on meeting up with everyone on Friday afternoon.

Did a final check on the sleds last night. Hopefully nothing got over looked..

Both machines seemed to be running pretty good over the weekend so they should be ready for some WI trails on Friday and Saturday!!

*Info on the ride is pinned at the top of the general talk section

As 427cobra said... loading everything up tonight! Getting a new idler pulley put on the truck today so that it doesnt go out on the way up.

As far as the sled is concerned... Have the other head put on and torqued down now. Everything is put back together and the sled seems to run alright. Have not had a chance to take it out yet so I am keeping my fingers crossed! Her maiden voyage will be on the trails of Eagle River!

Looking forward to meeting up with everyone on friday. Good luck to everyone still burning the midnight oil to get things ready!
