Liquidator runs again

Put a new motor in the dator today, cleaned the carbs again, put 290 mains, 45 pilots in them. Got everthing back in place and it fired right up, let it warm up and took out in the fieldgot it up to 60mph, didn't want to push it, got back to the house, checked the plugs, nice tan colour, so I think everthing should be o.k. I put an airbox back on it. So now it is totally complete and unmolested.

Greenwood ... just curious, you said you got 60mph out of the Gator --- what do you think she had left in her? Will it get 80 mph ??

I'm sure it would have reached 80mph, it got to 60 real quick and had lots of throttle left, I'll take it out sometime later on some hard pack and see.
