'80 LF loading up

OK guys this is the same sled that was running to lean and now is wanting to flood out when driving at a slow speed about 20mph for about 15 to 20 minutes and she loads up so bad I gotta hold WOT forever to getter cleaned out. Just ran across this on sunday while the kid's were puttsin around the yard. Any ideas? I did double check my choke cables to make sure there was enough slack and it don't do this when I ride it because I am never at such a slow speed for any length of time. Almost forgot when it gets loaded up she'll just stop because it will bog down to approx. 4000 rpm's & sometimes I'll have to shut it down because she'll start to overheat before the excess fuel gets burned out the cylinders.
