3-in-1 Two clutch and on cooling

Post by Deleted User »

Ok here's my next set of uncertainty

1 - My KEC-400 is fan cooled, but I don't have the fan cover/ducking

2 - I need to get the proper belt for my setup the primary clutch has a ~3" gap between sides
and the secondary clutch ~1" when closed
what kinda belt showed I get ?

3 - I'm also not sure how to line up the two clutches ? any help here would be great

Thanks in advance

It would be more help if you could give model for the clutches, and since you are changing the motor the distances might not be the same. When I converted the clutch on my merc to a 100c I took it to a friends repair shop and he found one that would work with my odd setup.

Why don't you post a picture of the engine so it is more clear what you have to work with.

Shrouding pieces are out there as are the fan covers.

I finally got the secondary clutch apart is was completely seized.
Lot's of wd-40 lots of heat and light tapping and prying did the trick

I checked every where for a model / part # no go.

I found a site that says it's a Salsbury clutch

FYI it and Honda odyssey fl-250
