I talked to Greg yesterday. We talked about getting you know what out to the masses. You should be seeing them available on the site very soon. Thank you for your interest on pushing us to get these out and available.

We'd like some details on the 295S - 340S piston repop.

Is this a done deal? We need to know because there were preliminary plans being laid by some here to pursue that.

Shamrock is repopping them. Wiseco's minimum run was nuts. They are being made to OEM specs, standard size. They will cost $60 each shipped. Wiseco would have cost over $200 a pop. I'm running 50 of each.

It dawned on me you may not be familiar with Shamrock. SPI and GPI labeled pistons are almost always manufactured by Shamrock. They are a Taiwan Import, so the quality is very good. People see GPI or SPI and they think they are the manufacturer. GPI and SPI are actually a group of wholesalers/distributors that pool their purchases, to make it profitable to offer alot of these products aftermarket. Keep buying from Dennis Kirk, Parts Unlimited, or Kimpex, and these independetly owned distributors will no longer exist. And your parts will no longer exist either. They are the ones that made it possible to repop these at a fair price.

By the way, Central, Al's,Pats and Manufacturers Supply are all part of the GPI/SPI group. I didnt want it to look like I was playing politics or trying to gain personally. They are all a good choice for keeping the sport alive.

Minimum order quantity is 50, same cost. I would be happy to make a run if we could decide on a size, maybe .20? Leave .40 for next time around?

Thanks for the info Greg, that sounds really great.

I believe that leaves stators and coils as the only big items left that are unavailable. If anyone has any ideas on those, please share.
