it looked feasible to me, how do you think they got the 4 cyl Yamaha & Hirth motors years a go, they just welded 2 cases together & pieced the cranks together.. 
It sure would turn a lot of heads @ the HOF or Waconia

These guys are about 100 miles from where I live. If you go to their site listed on the picture it says photoshop creation. Their site also includes some sleds they have fixed/modified.

where you located? They are Saskatoon. 100 miles would put you close to them and me.
