clutch arms(weights)

Can someone tell me the correct arms to use in a 102c on a 1977 340 liquifire?I have two comet parts books and they both say different numbers.The older book says R and the newer books says F2 .

AM54279 is what my 76-79 FTM says & that is an R weight 59.6 +/- .5 grams
