'79 Spitty Issue

Ok got this thing running a couple days ago. Took it out in the yard and drove it aorund a bit. Seemed peppy enough, although I could tell the carb needed cleaned. I should also say that I had put new N3C plugs in before taking it out as well. Had my neighbor clean the carb for me yesterday, had him do it because he's real good with 'em. Put the carb back on and drove it around the yard a few more times. Started to bog on me and didn't seem to have much power so I drove it back in the garage and pulled the plugs. Recoil side look good, nice tan color. Clutch side was greyish white. So now I need help. Is the carb too leaned out or do I have a bad crank seal? Or is it something else altogether. I basically teach myself as I go, so any help would be great!

Use either to find out if it is a crank seal just spray around the seal with the engine running if the rpms go up then you have a seal problem.
If the sled has been sitting for a while it is best to replace the seals anyway. This is one of the easiest engines to do seals on shouldnt take more than a afternoon to do it

Normally a carb leaned out would show on both plugs. Seals....
