340 trailfire easy to handle relatively painless to drive sled.
And she can lift it by herself if need be.

Or '83 Sprintfire - small, light, liquid cooled, good fuel mileage, fairly common.

I like the sprintfire. Like the look of your sleds too!

As the owner (or driver) of almost every Deere made, I'd have to second (or 3rd...) the Sprintfire for
endurance, ride, and weight (for someone that may have difficulty handling). Maybe that is why I have 3 right now
The Spitfire is also nice, but the "long ride" of the Sprint is more comfortable. Also, the way my wife rides....
only above 22 degrees F and puttin' along kinda slow, I think she would kill a Spitfire.
Just my input...

Direct drive sleds for sure for the wimmerns!
Ive never seen a sprintfire, did they have electric start as an option?
A trailfire, with electric start, probably wouldnt be a bad choice either.
Don`t forget the handwarmers!

Deere Boy,
I put a third or forth vote for an 83 Sprintfire. Cari has one, making her one of the "Sprintfire Wives" It's got the longest travel rear suspension Deere built, so she will be more comfortable than on the older sleds. Very light weight too. A Spit or a 340 Trailfire are also good choices, but the L/C Sprints are injected, very, very quite and easy to handle.
I hope this helps,

I would not worry about pulling over a Sprint. My daughter had no problem starting one of mine when she was 11.
Sprintfires are kind of Deere's best keep secret.
