Just wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem. I adjust the screws to get the engine purring but when i'm out riding they unscrew. I almost lost the air screw this weekend while riding.
I believe this may also be the reason why my engine is back firing. It blew the impulse line right off.
thanks
Eric

Are there springs on the screws?

yes there is. The spring seems springy enough if that's a word. Could it be excessive vibration from the motor?

A very very small amount of blue loctite should keep the screws screwed in.

Is the little o- ring and brass washer in place also?
Just a note that is the adjustment is too far out beyond the spec the springs are not going to hold it.
