Snow, finally snow!!! Maiden voyage on the 300 and it runs alright, kind of. Have to fiddle with the high idle needle on the Walbro to get power, and then to idle decent. Could it be the negative 5 degrees outside or is there a possibility that the needle or something needs to be replaced. Don't know much about these walbros.
Also, I took the muffler off when I was working on it and blew it out with the air hose. But when I run it for awhile it starts smoking like something on the inside is burning up. Could it be spitting fuel into the muffler, maybe the problems are related but the smoke doesn't smell like two stroke. It smells like burning straw. I don't know maybe the muffler is plugged and I need to replace it or try blowing it clear again.
Any help is appreciated,

You can burn out. I have never done this but may others have.
Throw the pipe in a fire and let it get hot enough to burn whatever the rodents have packed in it.
