Spitfire Prices

Post by b00stinGTP »

There is a 78 spitfire sitting out between Whitewater and Edgerton on the way to Madison. I drive by it on my way to work every weekend. It is for sale, I was thinking about stopping in to see the price, it is in pretty good condition.

Deerboy, I will have one ready sometime this spring/summer. It won't be $300, but it will be worth the extra money.

Bob,

Your Spitfire parts will go out today. Please leave a suitcase full of small unmarked bills next to the sign post for "Davis' Trailer World and Country Mall" on the corner of RT 20 and 36.

By the way, who is that nerdy guy in your avitar between those racing legends?

Also, I have an 81 Spitfire with a Suzuki twin stuck in it that I could be talked out of cheap...

Joe,

1) I talked to my dwarf neighbor, his name is Bill, and he wants to remain "unmarked", and doesn't mind getting into a suitcase, so we're in luck there.

2) Funny you should say that, because people keep asking "Who are those guys with Bob Amber?"

3) Just drop it off in the mail, I will find something to do with it.

What is the deal with the track thing mentioned above? Liquifire 4/6 says he has not seen a solution for the track replacement that works? I have one that I am having my share of "issues" with like the left front motor mount bolt replacement. I cannot and my kids can't either get their fingers into the small opening under the motor mount whole... My track has maybe 3 years left on it and the sliders are toast now... Is this a waste of time to repair?
