Clutching

Does anyone know at what rpms the clutch on a '76 liquifire is supposed to engage at? It has a 102C clutch. I don't seem to have much low end power and I wonder if my clutch is engaging too soon and not giving me the rpms I need. Thanks.

What if you think your clutch may be engaging too high, like 4500 rpms on a '77 440 Liquifier? Currently using a new Max 1078 belt.
