Check this out I grabbed it yesterday

Post by Miller Motorsports »

I grabbed this yesterday from an auction locally... It isn't siezed and apears to be "all there" in pretty good shape. )2/73 Build date Alouette 295 Sno Duster... I really thought when they listed it in the directory it would be toast. I missed a 1974 Johnson 440 dlx in better shape by 25 bucks... Email me for picture b/c this new format won't do pic's for me... "jim_miller.mmdsi@hotmail.com" :sled:

Those sno dusters are great little sleds. A friend has 2 and they are fun to rip around on every once in a wile. They don't weigh anything so you can through them around in the snow.

If I could figure out how to insert pictures on this GD thing I would post some... The sno duster is now my oldest sled I do not know how rare it is but I grabbed it anyway. I used to have a spotfire like yours but it was stolen last fall... Jim

I have a question, Would a sled produced in 2-73 be a 1973 or a early model 1974??

I'm pretty sure that the tag says "11/73". That, I would imagine, would make it a '74 model. Or, was that just a generic question Ken?

I guess It was just a generic question... I kind of wondered also if the tag didn't mean 11/73??

I know nothing about these sleds I am still trying to get an ownership from the auction company who sold it as titled... I think you might be onto something 11/73 if it was a domestic car would usually be a 74 model... I just do not know.
