Well i see I'm have problems uploading photos what i'm I doing wrong? Makes me look like a "dumbass"

The maximum size is 256KB, make sure they aren't larger then that.

Download a program called PIXresizer. Free, very easy to use and works well.

Or if you have Windows XP, Image Resizer. It is a free addon to XP from Microsoft.
