I checked my records. The customer service rep was named Kim. I don't think I ever talked to her. I found her name in an e-mail from my purchasing department. That' all I have. I just caught up with this, my company should be able to make these grab bars, I would need good measurements or one to measure though, then I can model is up, make a print, estimate material and labor costs and let you all know, no minimum lot size and black powder coat.
