De-Purplizing the Polaris

Post by 427cobra »

Well I got the Polaris all put back together.

New blue hyfax and idler wheels. The suspension is completly rebuilt with new gas shocks... :beers;

I also removed the purple tape on the rear bumper. Painted the rear bumper and added reflective tape.... :dance:

I painted the "Polaris" on the snow flap and painted some purple plastic parts with black "fusion" paint.

So hopefully this thing is ready for some snow!!! :brrr:

Very sleek. Is that the '95 listed in your signature? If so, it doesn't look much like a '95 any more.

Looks GOOD and I'm with you...purple stinks for a sled color! Leave that vaginal color to the Sea-Doo's!! :roll:

I've got a 1998 Popo Indy 500 CRC I'm fixing up too for those "plush" rides my lower back appreciates. :clap:

It is that sled Matt. I've always liked the looks of this style Indy... :beers;

Very funny PJ. Now I need to figure out what to do with the front purple springs.... :think:

Thanks!
