I don't know if this will help or not but it's a 1975 Yamaha GPX 338. You will have a 50-50 chance of it being good or bad..

Are you refering to a peticular sled or the model in general?

The GPX's were very hot machines. A real Mussle Sled.

Thanks guys. As for you Kenny take your medication. I'm the new proud owner of a 1975 GPX 338 as of this morning. I was looking for information on what to look for with these sleds(problem areas) I will post a few pictures after she has a good wash.

"finishing 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th in the snowmobile world series championship" - I'd say that qualifies as "hot"
Any race history you know about? Possibly another driver sled reunion on the horizon?

Thats the sled Mitch. As for any race history I won't know until I have some time to look into it.

This old girl is going into storage for a bit until I have some time to work on her. It's complete, just a good once over and a few other thing replaced is all I plan to do.
