Forum Update

Post by Matt »

As you can tell, the Community has been updated with the latest version of the software, which includes some new features, and a new look. It was down for about 20 minutes this morning for the update, so I'm sorry for the inconvenience if you happened to be on at that time. Let me know if you see any problems.

I like the change. Easier on my eyes. Good move.

a little hard for this old dog to get used to (it's like someone moving your water dish to the other side of the fence), LOL but I do like it..

LOL, I think he's actually in the lead. Yea, that's it.

Some have indicated that the gray is making the text harder to read, so I'm going to be offering a blue style that you can switch to if you like.

If anyone else is having a problem reading text with the gray background, I've made another option available. Go to your User Control Panel, then the Board Preferences tab, and look for My board style: Change to prosilver and submit. This style uses a white background and shades of blue.

Hey matt, I'm not sure if this forum software will allow it or not, but several other forums I'm a member of use VBulletin as their software........ My favorite feature is when you're on a forum index that is showing a list of threads, if you hover your mouse pointer over the title of the thread, it will show the first few lines as a tool tip... This gives a guy a way to see if it's a thread he's interested in opening or not....... Just a neat little feature I've found useful....

Keep up the great work. This is an invaluable resource! Hope to get to meet you at Waconia!

:needsnow: Ok, well, more of it........

Matt, what's that F+ for?? it's under the Dator picture on the right side, I've been clicking on it & can see that it resets 3 different times, but I can't seem to see any difference in anything??

Kenny, that's font size. It has 3 settings that it toggles through.

Matt/Deerefanatic: I believe that is an available modification. The nice thing about this software is the ability to install mods to customize it.
