how do i get more performance outta a cyclone engine
i am picking up a cyclone this sat for my dator clone/ oval racer and i was wondering how i could get more performance out of the fc motor such as boring over .030 jetting the carbuerator, tuned pipes, and clutching that weights would i be the best for a higher rmp engagement? any ideas or suggesttion how to get more performance outt the motor or thing you guys have found out that over the years that could help me out on this build this coming summer thank you -shannon

Well, seems to me the tuned pipes would be a good start..... Probably also a dual-carb setup from a liquifire wouldn't hurt...... Don't think goin' .030 over would do much for you... You're only talking a few cc's there...... My opinion with over-bore is to go as little over as possible to leave room for future re-bores to keep the engine going.....

ive got a liquifire dual carb manifold in loose hands not extra air boxes though not sure about carbs wade
