77 liquifire ignition problems PLEASE HELP!!

does any one know how to test the ignition system (cdi, coils, trigger, and stator) on a 77 440 liquifire with a multi tester ( if its even possible ) or another way to do so? the reason i asked i bought a sled that sat in a bush for lord knows how long and i have no spark and i'm not sure where to start i've tryed two different cdi's already and one extra coil that came with it and no luck i noticed the tach does move when i pull it over but thats all i get. please help!!

check your kill switches early in your diaglostic work, the kill wire on the cdi is grounded when off ,id unplug the key switch and the kill switch on the handlebars and check for spark just my .02 worth wade

joe forgot the certificates for the 2015 vintage challenge
crossed the start/finish line twice at the 2013 and 2014 I500 on a 78 liquifire 440
