Kenny, The 295 used Cat grips.
Can't comment on the 340 as I am mostly ignorant on that model.

The balance of the models 73 and up are pretty much the same but Mikuni slide carb models had a different throw to accomendate the longer travel required for the slide carb.

Todd, are the Cat Boys re-popping the ones that the 295/S would use?
Is there any interest in having the grips Re-Popped??
I think from the pics I see that they are different from the 76 & 77 sleds & the Dator but very close..

I checked Arctic Restorations website and they do not show grips available.
If anyone else out there has them or is working on them I do not know.

I know that for example 73 grips will not work on a cyclone but would 77 grips work on a 73?
Never tried this.
