Wanted: Snow flap with running deer, Liquifire

Post by thevintagesnowmobile »

Looking for a used (in good shape) or reproduction snow flap for my 76 liquifire 440. Must have Running deer image, do not want the flap with John Deere written across the top. Anybody have one they'd be willing to part with or does anybody know where I can find one? Thanks!

Get ahold of member "Horicon Joe". I just got two from him. Real nice, only you will have to paint, or stain the logo on the back of the flap yellow. He was having trouble with the yellow coming off, so they come all black.

When I restored the snow flap on my 76 Liquifire,I used a yellow paint marker pen for the deere logo.
It worked very well, two or three coats ,no taping or paint running.
Markal is the brand name for the marker.
