Massey belt fitment

Does anyone know a good site for Massey snowmobiles, simlar to this superior one for John Deere? Also does anyone know what size of a belt a 1971 500 sst would take, DK only lists 72-75 and the last one i got slipped off the secondary and was destroyed. Thanks.

Last i checked there was a ski whiz rescue mission site. i do not know if the site still exists but it was one of the only like two massey sites i knew of. I like the masseys to but there is not enough info on them or parts available. I love the snowmobiles made by the farm equipment companies.

According to the Snowmobile Service Manual 11th ed. they list both 71 and 72 using the same OEM belt # 521695M1. The 1970 models uses 521695. So I would guess Kirk is close, though there might be a better belt out there. Check this site out, it has a copy of the 75 belt catalog for Dayco. Look under Badger which is Massey which is Ski Whiz.
