80 trailfire 340 bogie wheels

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of bogie wheels for a 80 trailfire Pn # 54652. The upper bogie's. The bearing in mine are gone. Can the bearing be replaced( drilling out the rivots and replacing the bearing and rivots ???) the wheels are in good shape.

Yes, I drilled them out replaced the bearings and reassembeled using M4 Socket head cap screws and nuts with loctite. I pinched them back together in the vice (between two sockets) and installed the bolts.
