Your coolant overflow bottle is pretty full. Book says to keep an inch of coolant in the bottle and make sure it covers the end of the overflow tube. Nice to see it running!

Does that have a horn or what is that at the front under the hood? You also need to get a belt gaurd to protect that hood and oil tank from the belt breaking.

Yeah, it's a little scooter horn. Just put it on for fun. And yeah, Airborne, the coolant overflow is a bit full. I just got a chance to run it this morning and that is what it filled up to. And yes, I'm in the process of getting a belt guard.

It's the Sno-Stuff windshield. I picked it up from MFG Supply and then cut about 5 inches off of it with a cutting wheel because I wanted it to be more the height of the original.

It was high temp silicone. However, after about 6-7 miles it all blew out and is leaking again. I'm toying with the idea of taking it apart, welding on some flanges that I can run bolts with tension springs through, and then putting a lead exhaust donut to seal it. I'll let you know if it works out.

That exhaust joint needs to flex.
If the ball joint is bad you can by a new joint and weld that in. Cost about $15.00 from any sled parts house.
