Ok cool thanks. Do you just fill he reservoir all the way to the top? Sorry for all the questions, It's too new of sled to me< I don't have any books printed yet.

i have a 77 LF as well, low end bog is a hard to get rid of. i also have the crazy low light, sometimes bright light issue. yes, i would consider the switch. as a rule 90% of failure is ground related, in this instance a poor connection in the switch was my problem. changing from low to high beam multiple times helped. must have been coroded from time. i was advised to raise idle to 2800 to 3000 rpm. now it doesn't load up @ idle.

Well I went out to the garage tonight and topped off the antifreeze on the Liquifire, I also bought some dielectric grease today and I poked around the sled for all the grounds and I think I found it, there's a ground connected to the voltage regulator and the bolt was really loose; so I tightened it up and squirted some grease on it and I'm hoping for the best. I haven't tested the sled yet, as it's a windshield of -30 at the moment. Tomorrow I'm gonna take it for a spin and test the light and tune the carbs. I think I'm gonna set up the idle too because mine is idling at 2300 so I should probably bump it up a bit.
