Aftermarket Pistons Question

Hi, I was wondering what everybody has been using for a piston brand on their rebuilds? I am gonna rebuild my 83 liquifire but want to use quality parts so I dont have any problems down the road. The other question is why does it seem all brands are saying they only work for 80-82? arent all 80-84 liquifires a standard 68 bore? any help would be great
