cyclone liquifire fuel tank fitting

does anyone know where i can get the fitting that goes in the fuel tank on a cyclone and liquifire. it has hose barb on both ends and pipe thread in the middle. Jd says no longer availiable.

Doesn't list the size or pitch of the threads, but something out there has to be able to substitute on these sleds. I have mine out right now as I had to clean the fuel tank and replace the screen/pickup and line in the tank.

yes, that looks similiar, except for on the liquifire/ cyclone the tank fitting is 2 or so inches above the bottom of the tank, so i tube needs to be put on end with screen so you can get the last 1.5 gallons out

I made one, use a 1/4 x 3/8 hose barb, (thread in the tank is 3/8 pipe),tap the inside with 1/8 pipe thread, screw in a 1/4 x 1/8 hose barb and you have it. put hose on and screw it into the tank. Use brass fittings. Use an anti drain back filter on the hose in tank. Works great.

thanks, i was pondering my options @ the harware store today and that was the best one i could come up with as well.
