75 JDX8 flooding out

Post by milkman »

My X8 with 440 CCW started to get a bog at low rpm then just wouldnt start one day...loaded the engine with fuel. I pulled pulse line and base plug, and spark plugs to drain fuel, removed cleaned, and installed new diaphram kit in the Walbro carb, and it still wont fire. Any ideas? The engine was supposed to be "fresh" when I purchased the sled last year, so a seal dosnt seem like the answer but could be.

Mike, You might want to try metering the low speed side of the stator. There should be instructions in the FAQ.
