liquifire oil injection fitting

I am going to run premix on my liquifire but im running an oil line the the center bearing. Im looking for a fitting so that i can plumb the 2 extra lines back into the line that feeds the pump. I would like to use one fitting. I want a 4 way fitting with 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/4 x 1/4 if possible and brass would be nice. Just checking if anyone has an idea as i am having a hard time finding something like this. Thanks!
