It's sooo cool finding lost History, How about finding the Second ( of only Two ) 73 Chap Firebird "FACTORY" I-500 Sleds ( this one is chassis only ) & is the one Gary Nickerson Drove. ( I-500 bib # 2 ) They are both Prepped the same way & are consecutive serial numbers, The other is I-500 Bib # 133 Driven by Larry Omans & will be at Waconia in Jan

Slow, I brought the Engines & Carbs home with me to rebuild ( Jerome has already done the cranks for us ) so I'll have them together when I go back up north in Dec. We got the second chassis welded up & a new fuel tank made for it & all the seats got dropped off at John's to get recovered & a whole new seat made from scratch for one of them. I believe we have all the parts we need ( after purchasing 2 more 73 Chap SSIII's at Princeton ). Except maybe pipes? We also have Terry's two 73 IFS 650 roundy rounds to do Plus my Kids 72 IFS 650 Chap also.. Chris is starting to do body repairs to the hoods & pans now on all 5 sleds... Going to be a busy couple of months come Dec. 1...
