Looking for a couple Spitfire parts

Post by kwc »

The "new" 1980 Spitfire in the shop could use a better rear bumper and a throttle block (AM54582), if anybody would have a spare for sale I would appreciate it!

Thank you

If Bob, or Rob can't help with the bumper, I'm pretty sure I have a nice straight one. I can either ship it, or bring it to Toledo with me.

I was wondering what you might be working on, it seemed awful quiet over on the other side of the state.

Good deal Terre, I am looking forward to seeing everybody in a couple of weeks at the Toledo show. No big projects in the shop this summer, just trying to get some small ones done including the Spitfire for my daughter Kelsey. Good stuff, she's all excited about her first sled!

Thank you.

I have a rear bumper or twelve, just a matter of getting to them. How soon do you need it?

This is just too funny. Last summer when I needed a bumper for my Spit, I couldn't find one to save my life. Now it looks like we have a bumper crop of them. Pun intended. :lol22:
