I'm not that familiar with the Sportfires, but would the standard gasket for the VM30 -VM34 carbs work? If so Matt might be able to get them. VM34/71 is the Mikuni number for the VM30-VM34 spigot mount carbs that have a baffle plate.
Liquifire gaskets work on VM36-VM44 carbs.
