How the heck does the city knows whats in your backyards??

It was not just sleds, cars, traliers, campers any thing that South Dakota has a license for had to have a license on it or it would get ticketed.

I had 14 sleds in my yard and only two had current tags. They are all moved out of city limits now so the city is happy, and so is my wife.

I had one car, one trailer also. The car had tags but they were not on it as I have not driven it in a long time so I had forgot to put the tags on it.

The city does this every couple of years to keep yard from getting cluttered.

But vintage sleds are beautiful right?

How they know tho? The knock on door and ask to look? Or they have warrents to just walk into your yard?? In mass you can't have more then like 3 or so cars unregistered I believe. Local builder was catching hell for all his equipment that didnt have tags so he pit up a fence lol

The police dept is in charge of backyard inventories. They wander around and check for violations.
They make a list and it goes to the city who than sends out registaterd letters to the registarted owners.
You have two weeks to either license teh stuff or remove it from city limits.

If you fail to comply the ticket is $96 per veihicle and you have 5 days to comply with the law.
If you fail to comply again the local scrap yard is hired by the city to come and crush your toys and haul them away.

I find it an easy way to get rid of any skidoo's I got stuck with.

And that the 21 manifold is different than the 22 unit.

So that means you would have to MAKE a manifold to get the tuner pipe on a /21, correct? There is no existing application for that.

Hahahaha that sucks! I think we found a state worse then Mass! Hahahaha. Do these sleds still need an expansion chamber since they have reeds? That would suck making a manifold.
