I have a complete 74 JDX 8 for sale or parts. Motor is locked and the handlebars are broken. Usable track and good seat foam. This has the slide rail suspension. $100 for the whole sled or any individual parts.

74 JDX 8s do not come with the tuner exhaust. I can check better but I do believe the seat foam is good. I have another seat on a 300 that is good (has be redone at some point). I think either will need new plywood.

still lookin for a hood to replace one said 295 hood with a drier vent in said left side is it any good could hook up this winter some time wade

Wade, it sounds like you have a problem, to which I'm willing to offer a solution. It just so happens that I have been strenuously searching for a 295/S that is missing a hood. All of the one's I have found so far, had a good hood on them. It would go nicely with the pristine X8 hood I have sitting in my shed. So I propose we bring this sled to Michigan to be united with the hood I have. Let me know if this will work for you. I do have cash I could offer, or we could trade for parts :lol22:

Wade, unfortunately the JDX 8 hood has a 4" crack in the left front corner.

I would be interested in the muffler and exhaust manifold if it is good and also the fuel tank. But would need to be shipped
