I have been pretty satisfied with the strength of the motor in my Liquifire. It will be great for what I want to use it for. My next sled is a Chaparral that I want to run a Liquifire Kioritz in. This sled will be my little hotrod. The motor will be mounted in the stock Chap mid mount position. But, I am wondering what guys have done to increase the performance in these motors. I do not see a whole lot of modding out there on the net. Any ideas?
Thanks!!

Re: Getting the maximum HP out of the 440 Kioritz
go out on the interwebs, find a copy of the 2 stroke tuners handbook. Read that cover to cover, then come back with questions. The problem is your playing with a 40 yrold engine with no aftermarket support. So when you puke it from trying to make power, you won't be able to fix it.
Anyway, to make it run, you going to want more exhaust port time area, and more transfer port time area. Good luck.

AAEN, makes pipes for this motor. You maybe able to get there recommended engine mods from them to run with there pipes. I belive the exhaust port needs to be raised a touch to make those pipes preform.
