81 SPITFIRE W/RUBBER TRACK

Has anyone seen the spitfire for sale on Vintage Sleds? Has a 73 El tigre 340 dual carb set up. When I asked him what track was in it, he couldnt remember but said it was a conversion you could buy for $750. :shock: Never heard of that. No pictures of the track. Anyone else ever heard of it???

When my 78 spitty ripped the track back in 1992/93 my local parts guy offered us a track conversion kit for $500, so there must have been something retail out there at one time but no idea what that was.

My dad only paid 600 for the sled so another 500 was a no go
