KEC 440/22
KEC 440/22
I bought a 440 cyclone yesterday with bad compression on the LH side cyl. After a quick tear down we found the rings broken and the cyl wall has a massive gouge taken out. I've done some research and decided to come here to find out as much as I can about the 440 in my cyclone and where is the best place to find pistons and a cylinder for it. Which parts cross over betweeen the engines? The more info you guys have the better.

You come to the right place and you are in luck as DKtrader has a few new ones left on ebay.

Pistions and rings are not to hard to find either.

Re: KEC 440/22
Just ordered the jug from his eBay. My only concern about the pistons are most list that it's for the right hand side only. Is that just for the 800s engine or is there left and right for the cyclones 440 as well?

The Cyclones, Liquifires and 800 used the same pistons. Yes there are right and lefts.
