Post by 69camaro »

Wouldnt happen to have a water pump on the the 77 liquifire would you? BY FireRider 34. FireRider34, I have a boxed water pump for you. You said you were sending payment on December 18 when you sent me a PM. You have not responded to 2 PM's. Still in box and still awaiting payment.

I'll give you twice what he's paid for it if you ship for free.

Don, you didn't happen to change your mind about going to Waconia? I think FireRider34 is going to be one of those few deadbeat buyers. I wish everyone on jdsleds who has one would make a post like I did so when they need parts they can be black balled.

Hey Duane,
If money didn't change hands yet, and he doesn't owe you anything, I think it's best just to move on. He hasn't logged in since December 18th. Something could have happened in his personal life that's kept him away.

Why do we keep protecting dead beat buyers. This is the same reason I have not sold any of my parts for the last three years. All my parts look good on the shelf, sure beats waiting at the mailbox for a check that never shows. Personal reasons or not a deal is a deal. If you agree to a deal, pay up. What would happen if you said you would sell something and the guy paid and you never sent it????? It's a two way street,
stick to your word.

I'm not protecting anyone. If I was doing that I would have deleted the topic. I'm just sayin, as far as I'm concerned with my transactions, there is no deal until I have the money in hand.

I agree with you Jesse. A deal is a deal, however I do think it best to allways take the high road no matter how hard it is and just to keep keepin on. Why slander a person even if they deserve it. It really does not solve anything. I have been selling parts on and off and have dealt with some real idiots. You would of never guessed that these persons would of handled there dealings in such a unethical manner.

I am pretty sure that is one of the reasons Stebner bowed out of the biz. He started taking things personal.

A person should be a man of his word and stick to what they say.

Duane how was Haydays this year? o yeah Burn

Tasky, did you go to Hay Days this year? It was much better and it helped a lot without the rain. I still am not a fan of the way things are set up.

Matt, you are trying to tell me not to call someone out who had me take a water pump off of a perfectly good 340 motor. You're right, maybe the guy had his head cut off in an industrial accident. I don't know. I do not know how your store works but I'm willing to bet you would not care for it if someone ordered $1,000 worth of merchandise from your store, you box the whole works up for shipping and you realize they cancelled their credit card transaction. I figured I was getting two birds with one stone. Either I lit a fire under his hind end or to let other people know not to trust him so they don't get burned too.

Duane, I hope you realize that was a joke and nothing more. Sounds like your dealing with a bum.
I dont pull parts until payment clears. In my case I ended up selling the parts to someone else. I just dont go for the whole scarlett letter thing.

I knew you were teasing Tasky. Biggest problem I have is I try to keep shipping as low as I can for everyone and it's so hard to do that without the part off. Right now I two members I need to get parts off for and I have dealt with both before. I know I can trust them. They are honest good people which 95% people are.
