This is the ignition of my 73 X8. I'm not sure which maker it is from (Denso?). It says made in Japan on the back, but that's about it. I am replacing a condenser and am not sure what to order. The condensers were already different from each other, as one had been modified. I'm thinking that the wrong part was used because it corresponds to the cylinder with almost no spark(see my other post). Anyone know how to cross reference CCW part numbers with JDs? Also, it did not have any felt pads to oil, does it need those? Thanks.

Re: Identify this X8 Ignition
Here's a shot of the Denso ignition from my '74 JDX8.
Its not exactly the same as the 73, but similar.
The felt oilers are available from Aerosak's ebay store.
