Clutch pullers

Post by 8081liquikaw »

Obviously they don't make the JD puller tool anymore, but is the tool for Kawasaki sleds the same as what I would need for my '80-'81 liquifires? Where are most people getting these also? I have seen some in DK, but didn't know if there was a better place. :brrr:

Kawasaki sleds usually have Kawasaki clutches and they require a different puller than the Comet clutches used on JD models.

They are readily available and not that spendy.

I found out that you can actually get one from your local NAPA store. The part number is BK 7307384. i ordered one and have used it a few times as i kinda wrecked a genuine comet puller and they aren't available currently. So far, it seems to be a quality tool, but it hasn't seen the beating we put the comet puller through yet.
